Shipping Policy

At SmoothPet, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Approximately 90% of orders ship within this window. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 3 to 15 business days for delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, weather conditions, holiday volume, and customs processing where applicable. While the majority of orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays outside of our control can occur.


Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free on all US orders unless otherwise noted at checkout. If you are from any country other than the US, please check your countries shipping rates at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at smoothpetsupport@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. SmoothPet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses or packages returned due to insufficient or inaccurate address details.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at smoothpetsupport@gmail.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to make the correction, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend taking the following steps.

First, check your tracking information for the most recent update. Second, contact the carrier directly, as they often have details that have not yet reflected in the tracking system. Third, if you are still unable to get a resolution, reach out to us at smoothpetsupport@gmail.com and we will work with you to make it right.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at smoothpetsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product and the packaging so we can review your claim and arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short window after being placed. Once an order has entered processing, changes cannot be guaranteed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at smoothpetsupport@gmail.com immediately and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
