At SmoothPet, we know you have probably been burned by a product that did not deliver on its promise before. That is exactly why we built our guarantee the way we did.
Here is everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and our warranty.
The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Every SmoothPet order is backed by a full 60-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 60 days of delivery for a complete refund. No partial credits. No store credit (unless you prefer it). Your full purchase price, back to you.
The 60-day window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions apply.
Your return request must be submitted within 60 days of your delivery date. The product must be free from signs of intentional damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification. All included components must be returned along with the original packaging. Returns are limited to one per household.
We reserve the right to decline returns in cases of documented abuse or fraud.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at smoothpetsupport@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We will respond within one business day with your return authorization and instructions.
Please do not ship anything back without first receiving a return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted and could delay your refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with one exception: if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover all costs to make it right.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. SmoothPet is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original outbound shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or develops a defect under normal use, contact us at smoothpetsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the product and packaging and we will arrange a replacement or full resolution at no cost to you.
Warranty Coverage
SmoothPet products include a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty covering manufacturing defects, electrical malfunction under normal use, and mechanical failure not caused by misuse.
The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accidental damage, water exposure, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear on consumable components.
To make a warranty claim, email smoothpetsupport@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: digital products and downloadable guides, opened or used bonus items, and any items marked as final sale or purchased through a clearance promotion.
A Note on Our Guarantee
Our satisfaction guarantee exists to give you genuine confidence in your purchase. It is not intended to function as a free rental program. We monitor for patterns of policy abuse and reserve the right to limit future purchases in cases of excessive or fraudulent return behavior.
We also want to be straightforward: SmoothPet products are designed to support a better experience for you and your pet. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Individual results vary.
